The shop owner was amazing. I accidentally provided an wrong address when ordering a birthday bouquet for my closest childhood friend. As a result, they were delivered to the wrong house :( After finally figuring that out and contacting the shop owner, she graciously sent a new arrangement the very same day at no charge. It was above and beyond what I expected. They were gorgeous and my friend was delighted. Wonderful customer service, beautiful flowers, and very happy customer! Will definitely return to use this company again.
